Returning an Order

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ebuni Hair Accessories and operate a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive the item, you can simply return it to us for a full refund*. All that we ask is that you return your purchase unworn and in its original condition, complete with its original packaging.

All items are shipped with a Product ID Tag - this ID Tag must not be removed unless you are happy to keep the product.To begin the returns process please email us the following details: (  - Order Number
  - SKUs of the items you want to return
  - Reason for returning each item

Wherever possible, please attach photographs of any issues you are having with the product to your email.
Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you as soon as possible with details of the next step in the process.

Please note the following:For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded / Tracked Delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund. This usually takes up to 7 working days, however please allow up to 30 Days as stated in the Distance Selling Regulations.
In addition to our own guarantee you also have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 days of delivery under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations.

Cancelling an Order

UK & N. Ireland & E.U. customers - Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Where you purchase goods under a distance contract by telephone or online, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have up to fourteen calendar days starting the day after the goods have been received to cancel your order. This does not apply to certain 'exceptions' specified in section 28 of the CCRs, including goods made to your specification, clearly personalised goods or goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned this includes earrings for pierced ears. Any standard delivery charges will be refunded with the exception of delivery charges for part cancellations or returns or where the shipment has been made and a premium shipping service such as Saturday or Special Delivery has been chosen.

If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact us as soon as possible, once we have sent a shipment confirmation email and updated your order status to shipped we will be unable to stop the delivery of your order. 

To return the goods once they have been delivered you will need to request a returns authorisation number via our website and return the goods at your cost, the goods must be returned in their original condition.
